Get in touch

Tell us what happened, your Luvu version and your iOS version. Please don’t email passwords, sign-in codes or reference photos.

Joining your person

Install Luvu through your TestFlight invitation. Sign in as yourself, create your little you, then choose “I have an invite code.” Enter the code your person shared and confirm Join. If an invitation link does not open, use the code directly in the app.

Your saved avatars

Your avatars and customizations stay on this iPhone when you sign out. Sign back in with the same Apple Account to open them. Luvu does not provide full multi-device recovery yet, so please contact us before uninstalling if you need help with saved artwork.

Account and privacy requests

Open Your account in Luvu to sign out, delete your account or disconnect your partner. Local artwork is retained. Account deletion queues cloud avatar copies for removal. Contact us for help with access, correction or deletion requests.
